A thorough structural inspection, with detailed advice regarding structural defects, cracking and movement, such as subsidence

A thorough inspection for dampness, condensation and timber defects, with detailed advice

Advice regarding compliance with Planning Permission, Building Regulations and fire safety

Operational testing of windows, doors, electrical fittings, heating and hot water services, plumbing and drainage

Environmental checks, including energy performance certificates, flood risk, radon risk and noise maps
